Lisa Lee with Asian Hospice Network is wonderful. She is adept at navigating between various health providers, nurses, facilities, caregivers, hospitals, and family members of the client. Her conversations are succinct, bullet points of all that you need to know, and ready with solutions to questions asked. We were informed every step of the way. Juggling a lot of clients and ensuring everyone feels heard is a skill. Prior to this, our family had a very negative experience with anoher hospice company. We didn’t realize how poorly the care had been until afterwards. I very much admire the work Lisa put in, ensuring that my father’s quality of life (for as long as he has left) will be with dignity and care.

Absolutely terrible hospice program. Very rude nurse who rages and berates people. Also rude hospice outreach representative nurse who politely called me over the phone at first but then had a 2-face after soon after yelled at me- "What do you want?" Trying to pressure us as patients and family of patient. Lack of respect for elder patients and their health and well-being. Will try to nitchpick and blame on the patient and their families. Notorious for incrimination. Super stingy at providing supplies for both home health therapy and hospice care. But love to bill the health insurance to the maximum amount of coverage. When you quit their program they try scaring you to re-enroll so that they continue to billing the insurance for the service. After enrolling, their outreach stops talking to the client with their sweet voice, and when you try messaging them they will tell you to call a different number as if they no longer have responsibility for your case even though you are still enrolled with their home health therapy or hospice program. They always try to ask you at the end of the home therapy visit sessions for a 5 - Star review on the Medicare survey. However, for bad behavior and poor customer service with poor loyalty to their customers they definitely deserve 1 Star or less. Don’t pick this home health or home health hospice agency. You’ll regret choosing them later. On the side note, they had one of their nurses show up at our residence and gave us a surprise/unexpected visit without letting us know in advance what time and day they were coming. They acted as if they were an inspector and searched through our stuff. When we arrived home they spoke to us, next thing we knew they yelled, argued, and berated us as if they were interrogating us for 5 minutes straight. We had to try to calm down their nurse. The nurse and their staff acted as if they were our boss and had authority over us, not the other way around. As for their representative over the phone, after not accepting our relative to be accepted for enrollment back into their hospice program, they said they will have their outreach nurse in charge of their home hospice program call us back to speak to us as to why they wouldn't accept our relative back after getting close to being discharged from the hospital. Interestingly, they lied and they never called us back. Totally unreliable agency with staff who are unprofessional to the elderly. Also for public health and hygiene, they expected us to use the same syringe on an elderly relative for a whole week which was unsanitary. That's not comfort care for hospice. That's taking shortcuts from taking the extra care and effort to help reap in more profit while giving less time and care for the elderly patient. They were just gaming the system. They said their philosophy is comfort care. What a lie? When they have lack of respect and compassion for the elderly patient. Way too money greedy.

医生护士都很耐心细致。非常推荐。 Asian network has the best PT staff member that I worked with (although they all appear to be very professional). My PT was very personable, detailed and appears to have a vast knowledge beyond PT and easy to communicate my needs. Language skill is a plus if you only speak Chinese or any other Asian languages bc the PTs there are all bilingual. I believe they treat PT more than just a job but their passion/purpose. They really care about their patients. Easy to schedule an appointment and to visit the office!

ANP was instrumental in getting my family through the preparation and passing of our late mother. We thoroughly trusted every aspect of their team’s expertise. They were comforting and supportive while providing care. The medication was delivered when needed and a doctor was always available for consult. After the passing a minister checked up to give spiritual support for all family members. I would rate them with 6 stars if possible.
