We have used this company for Home Health rehab several years ago and things were great. We have recently used them for Hospice care for my mom. The staff were nice, helpful and friendly. We really bonded with them. However, much of the administrative side left a lot to be desired. I was receiving quite a bit of misinformation that didn't agree with what the nursing staff on hand was telling us. My mom graduated from Hospice to Home Health and it's been a organizational and communication nightmare. So far, I have gathered, the 2 sides Hospice and Home Health do not talk to each other. Not my words...theirs! My mom has medical equipment from Hospice and some of the SAME medical equipment is needed for Home Health and they have to pickup the equipment provided by hospice and deliver the equipment from home health. Why??? it's the same company! I have been contacted by 2 delivery companies trying to pickup and drop off but they have not been coordinated so that my mom is not without a bed or supplies. I still do not have clear information as to what can and cannot be ordered in relation to medical equipment or supplies. I was told medical supplies, wound care supplies etc...were ordered (I don't know by who) It's been almost 3 weeks and we've received nothing. Today, we are down to our last wound bandage and I have called 3 numbers this morning and the best I've received so far is an, 'I'm sorry to hear that' from the call center receptionist. I understand dropping the ball, however, it feels like no one has even picked the ball up in regards to my mom. There is much more to say and I hate leaving negative reviews BUT I feel very unsupported and cannot go another day without voicing my frustrations and disappointments publicly...Mind you, I have already voiced my frustration with 3 different persons from the company. If there is a positive....the PT, OT & Aide seem to be really nice...I do not at all recommend using this company for both hospice and home health. Pick one if you'd like and move on for the other. To be fair - If things change before I find another service, I will update my review

The nurses, therapists and the entire care team TRULY CARE! We weren't just a job site or task.Over the last nearly 2 years, every time Dad is discharged from the hospital and he is eligible for home health care, we choose Health Flex because they are interest in his progress and encourage us. And they patiently teach him and me how to keep him health going forward. The nurses are very knowledgeable and coordinate with both his PCP and specialists. The changes suggested were implemented by his doctors and had direct beneficial impacts.

I’ve had a few experiences with HealthFlex. Both with their nursing staff and physical therapy. Both have been outstanding. I’ve had Jim. the physical therapist, on and off for a year and he is amazing. I’ve had a few nurses, right now I’m seeing Megan and she’s kind and professional. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my care. I feel very lucky to be under the care of HealthFlex
