This facility here in northern cal is all the horror stories that I have heard about in Southern California growing up I’ve been a Kaiser member for 30+ years came to NorCal . I’ve seen What I have seen and witnessed at this facility is beyond negligence and unaccountability. It’s dangerous ! You disabled my daughter in front of my face with the worst care and no accountability I’ve been sharing my experience with Member Services since it happened because that was what was recommended to me from Kaiser regarding what I witnessed as a result. Online access has been suspended. I didn’t know they could do that where’s your accountability Kaiser? I’ve been calling you since last January You fail to send paperwork back to me in a timely fashion because of a address update even though I told you there was a address issues several times this year it was not corrected , problems through Member Services all year delays , closing issues without notice . You definitely don’t get back to people in a timely fashion and close the complaint don’t notify the patient. It’s a sick cycle. and still you’re hindering healthcare making up excuses after excuse were clearly just trying to get proper after care , that has been seriously negligent on your part and still in need the care was never given since January 2025 Or a referral, or the physical therapy that was promised Physical Therapy was offered and then it was not offered. Again, games Northern California is definitely its own sick cycle. Southern California does not run like this and never will. It’s truly a disappointment to all Kaiser’s. Which brings me to medical recordkeeping, which is not clean and altered. That is a fact. The only reason why we reached out to Member Services is because that is what your employees at Kaiser Northern California recommend . In fact, I have a message from a nurse from two managers in ob gyn in Oakland manager and director telling me specifically to contact Member Services regarding this so I did here I am . I’m not even the patient so I think you’re a little confused over there. You need some clarification . So we can fix this If someone would like to get back to me, my name is Candace Loney. I’m the one who’s been calling all year. Please feel free to reach out because the letter you recently sent my daughter indicate orherwise I’ve been calling all year. She’s called a few times at any rate why can’t you come to a conclusion when it comes to actual care, ???? Is it just easier to brush us off ??? Why are we being brushed off? We’re in a contract you should just be honest and you should’ve just been honest last year. Why are we taking this long? For me this it’s an ethical thing you disabled my daughter in front of me in an operating room and you just want to go away now?????? Please feel free to reach out to me at any time. He was very objective and showed me my reports and explained severity of the issues and possible treatments. Short term and long term plans

Dr. Matthew Sussman Schechter MD is simply amazing!! He is so kind, patient, thorough, and knowledgable. I felt so comfortable and truly cared for. He listened to me carefully and considered so many angles to my situation. He is probably the best physician I have ever had. Amazing!

Dr. Canales and her staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and heard during my appointment. I felt that she explained all of my options in a way that was understandable and gave me agency. The procedure went way better than the last time I had a colposcopy and there was no pain because this doctor and staff made sure to honor my request for pain management. They made me feel like my request was the default and not an inconvenience.

My first time here as a visitor. One of my family members had a stroke, it's a scary moment that happened to our family. The nurses and doctors here are very friendly, thoughtful and caring. We were here for a week, my family member had to see the speech therapist, occupational therapist and physical therapist. It was a wake up call, but we had a great experience all the way to when my family member was discharged and wheelchair out. Highly appreciated all the physicians and nurses here, day and night, they showed how much they cared! 👏
