Very nice people. Good staff. A nurse, both Physical and Occupational Therapists who each spend an hour, twice per week, working with you to get your body healed. We are so grateful for the incredible care our mother has received from her occupational therapist, Maya. What truly sets her apart is not only her high level of professionalism, but also her kind and compassionate attitude. After the fire, our mother had to move between several facilities, and the transition was extremely difficult for her. Thankfully, we were able to return to the same agency she had worked with in the past, and seeing Maya again brought a sense of comfort, joy, and hope back into her life. thank Luxe for having such a wonderful team. When I first contacted Brian he’s very professional and open minded regarding the needs of my patient. Luxe Homecare was a godsend to my family. Their caregivers, staff, leadership and home health providers were all excellent. We never had one complaint. We loved all of their caregivers and so did my parents. Very professional. If there ever was an issue, it was handled immediately. The only reason we no longer use them is because my father’s home burned down in the Palisades fire, and we had to relocate him to another area. I highly recommend Luxe Homecare to anyone. They are 100% worth every penny.
