The amazing staff at Maxim Palm Desert has helped our son and our family to cope and live with continually new medical challenges. We have been so impressed with our Maxim team and the way they have created an environment of support and care that has been life changing. Our son is severely multiply disabled and he has endured over 200 days of hospitalization over the last 3 years. Upon each discharge we found ourselves doing new medical procedures. Our son remains joyful throughout all of his medical trauma, however as parents we found ourselves exhausted from the 24 hour care he required. We were so impressed with the professionalism, kindness and compassionate support the staff gave us in acquiring the additional nursing our son needed as the medical trauma escalated. It has been a rough journey, but we have been so fortunate to have found the most amazing team to help get us through it all. Our son is filled with joy thanks in great part to his home care nurses. They have shown great understanding, compassion, gentleness, and excellence in their nursing skills. His nurses have given us peace of mind, knowing that they will take care of him so we don't have to worry for the hours they are with him. We are forever grateful for the TLC given by our sons nurses that help him endure and have joy.
