I wouldn't give them any stars at all, but there isn't a no stars worst company on the face of the earth option. My mom was a colostomy care patient with this company, first of all the nurses lied and are lazy, the night nurse does give good advice and was very helpful but we couldn't see her as she was the on call nurse, the on call nurse would also try and get us extra help. But the day nurses wouldn't follow the advice of the night nurse and tell us that they don't do what the night nurse was saying that they did. They don't come out when you need them and when they do come out, they don't want to check or change the colostomy bags, they don't know what they are doing as far as colostomy care. Then they were supposed to order more supplies and they said they ordered it on Tuesday and they didn't know when it would come in, they lied about that too, they didn't order it until Wednesday and there is a way to track it, they just didn't want to be bothered!! If you have a loved one who needs medical care, do not use this company, they are terrible and suck.
