As an RN getting lectured about the difference between respite and day-care is insulting. Having improper authorizations for days without notifying anyone is unacceptable. Claiming to send emails and calling with no proof or voicemails left is infuriating. Do better.

I have a friend who had this company but it is not worth it, they didn’t do their job. They didn’t treat him well, I had to help him out when they wouldn’t arrive at their time. Very irresponsible! And the company didn’t take his side when he has every right.

The reason i rate this company a one because this company, is really bad. THEY OFFENDED ME. They wouldnt get here on time. They would just have me here waiting without an explanation. I do not recommend this company. Its the worst ive gotten.

This company told my family to be considerate for their "professional nurses", but there's nothing professional about them, to be considerate I will not share names but our first nurse assigned would leave to her sisters house and have her mom trade off cars while she was still attending our baby. Which clearly means she unattended him during that time. Now our second nurse assigned is "unavailable", given us a notice right when we expected a nurse on Monday morning, we received this late notice. From our acknowledge, we were told from the start that any nurse assigned to us would be flexible to stand by given hours but that's not true. We take our babys need seriously due to our baby being on machines and it was so inappropriate for outside family of nurses to come by or take off and take care of their problems instead of the patient. In all reality it is RUDE how the company came towards my fiance that we were playing games and that the nurse was outside. First off, whoever mentioned "playing games" is clearly at fault for this review, second of all the lying about a nurse sitting outside was a set up on the nurse because she clearly could not wait 5 minutes to be welcomed inside the home. This is our home. And if this company will not respect us or the patient then we will just end the services unless they themself can make up for the experience.
