From the first time I received service from family first Mark total gentleman the way he washed my leg it had never been washed like that, he took his time did a beautiful job .help me understand my problem. Came out Saturday and Sunday. Kendy came Monday Wednesday Friday Saturday n Sunday. She also was very attentive concerned took her time she let me know how to take care of my legs what I could do to make it better. and it was just a pleasure to work with you folks. I've had other home Care and they're in and out in 5 minutes it wasn't good the wound wasn't cleaned the way Family First did. The people that are answering the phone are extremely rude and arrogant. Two different people gave the same condescending arrogant experience. Had to automatically fire this place and take my business elsewhere. I need kind and compassionate health professionals for my care. These people are anything but, at least on the phone while trying to set up care.
