Marc is incredible in the attention and care to my father. He has shared with us truly helpful tips and insights for navigating home health services in general, not only for his company. He also conducts his work with a sense of personal excellence and commitment to high quality, not just coming and going to check off some to-do list. Michael has been very responsive in taking our calls and sincerely inquiring about the company’s care for my father. He has been generous in his time with my family. He is a busy man, but he listens quite well and never pushes us to finish calls to him.

From the first time I received service from family first Mark total gentleman the way he washed my leg it had never been washed like that, he took his time did a beautiful job .help me understand my problem. Came out Saturday and Sunday. Kendy came Monday Wednesday Friday Saturday n Sunday. She also was very attentive concerned took her time she let me know how to take care of my legs what I could do to make it better. and it was just a pleasure to work with you folks. I've had other home Care and they're in and out in 5 minutes it wasn't good the wound wasn't cleaned the way Family First did. Family First Home Healthcare is a very friendly and professional healthcare. They have excellent staff and management who are bilingual and have great communication with the patients care. They are all amazing and I highly recommend there services for your family member.

The people that are answering the phone are extremely rude and arrogant. Two different people gave the same condescending arrogant experience. Had to automatically fire this place and take my business elsewhere. I need kind and compassionate health professionals for my care. These people are anything but, at least on the phone while trying to set up care.
