Hello!HomeCare Recommendation Many thanks to Kelly, the office staff and the truly wonderful caregivers at Hello!HomeCare for the eight years of dedicated service they provided to our family. As my parents’ caregiving needs increased over the years, Hello!HomeCare provided us with experienced, professional and friendly -- and some truly exceptional -- caregivers, eventually providing 12 hour-a-day coverage, 7 days-a-week. To ensure consistency of care and good communication caregivers noted their work on each shift in a caregiver notebook, allowing the next caregiver to quickly get up to speed on how things were going and any specific needs. Our caregivers were reliable, responsive and helpful, doing whatever was needed -- everything from the personalized basic daily assistance to companionship and much more. Our parents felt well supported and very comfortable with their HHC caregivers and looked forward to seeing and talking with them. I appreciated Kelly’s caring hands-on approach. She was readily accessible by text or phone as needed, responsive to my concerns and proactive in alerting me to situations that required my attention. Kelly also managed my parents medications, dropping by every two weeks to fill their pill boxes. My elderly father looked forward to these visits,and while busy, Kelly always made time to sit and talk with him. We feel fortunate to have worked with Hello!HomeCare all these years and would recommend them to anyone seeking caregiver assistance.

Hello! took care of my 91-year old mother throughout the last year of her life (during the Covid pandemic). The caregivers were attentive, reliable, and endlessly patient (a key requirement, because my mom was often stubborn, difficult, and confused). I live out of town, so it was really important for me to stay connected with daily events, and they were really good at keeping me in the loop. Kelly Choo managed the team so well, understanding both medical and personality challenges we were facing. Kelly also supported us by managing Mom's medications and coordinating with both the hospice team and the Villa Gardens in-house clinic. The core team became like family to us, and we feel lucky to have had the Hello! team helping out so capably in a very challenging time.

We needed in home caregiving for our Dad, who was coming out of the hospital on a Monday. And then he wasn't. And then he was again! Kelly Choo at Hello! Home Care was amazingly flexible at meeting our ever changing needs. We used Hello! for about a month, with Dad in and out of the hospital and needing varying levels and timing of care until we found another living situation for him. The entire staff and all the caregivers were, across the board, friendly, professional and so supportive of our family. Kelly made herself available almost 24/7 for follow up requests and ongoing scheduling. I recommend, without any reservation, Hello!
