My experience with Home Instead has been fantastic. They provided invaluable assistance with my grandmother through a multitude of health issues. They were able to adjust the hours of caregiving and scheduling fluidly, working with my grandmother's needs as changes happened. Our client care coordinator Nicole, went the extra mile by spending time with my grandmother to get to know her and understand her personality in an effort to find the appropriate caregiving team for her. Nicole always made sure my grandmother was comfortable with each caregiver and enjoyed her time with them. Additionally, they have a phone service where staff is reachable outside of normal business hours so changes and adjustments could be made. As a family, we are so grateful for the care my grandmother received, and would recommend them to any family who needs additional assistance with a loved one.
