The only reason I gave them a 3 is because the Nurse Nazeema and Occupational Nurse Stephanie were EXCEPTIONAL. But I never received Pt or Speech. My sister Patricia had a very bad case of pnemonia and was rushed to emergency, she ended up staying 14 days. Because her stay was so long and they could not make money off her while she was in the hospital they didn't want to care for her. She also had to change her seizure medication and was in the hospital for that in June. I thought home health care was about CARING FOR PATIENTS their NUMBER 1 PRIORITY at least that's what this agency claims on their website but not so when it came to my sister because she was in the hospital the coordinator literally says they couldn't handle her level of care(isn't that what homehealth care is about caring for patients and nursing them to health and life) not this company they want well patients. They literally said they were not willing to work with my sister WHILE SHE WAS BEING DISCHARGE which cause us to stay longer because of no home health. There was another excuse because my sister was going to have inhaler treatments Which they didn't have to do I would do that was another excuse. Even her Doctor didn't understand and he called to explain to them they still wouldn't except her so you see this company wasn't making any money off my sister. She wasn't an easy patient, so much for Good Home Health care. I'm extremely happy with my new home health Lauren home health might be spelling it wrong googled it.

The nurses with Lifeguard Home Health took excellent care of my grandma. She was difficult to schedule with at times. They were extremely patient and professional. She really enjoyed their visits and the care she received. We are grateful for Lifeguard and would recommend them.

My husband isn’t the best patient. He doesn’t see the worth in a lot of the care he is given. Even though he was grumpy, the nurse that did his evaluation was extremely kind and understanding. She placed emphasis on why she was there to help and what was being planned for his in home health care. The professional outlook and attitudes from all of the staff while he was in their care was appreciated. Highly recommend LifeGuard Home Health.

My mother had a total knee replacement. She’s elderly and needs a lot of patience. Due to her previous negative experiences with physical therapy she would try and get out of her appointments all together. We decided to take a chance on LifeGuard Home Health and they surpassed our expectations! They had excellent communication skills regarding keeping me updated when they arrived, the exercises they were going to do, and my mother’s progress. On top of that they were punctual! The staff was very helpful, patient, professional, and answered all my questions without making us feel dumb. The fact my mother was open to meeting with them again, makes me feel they met her needs and went at her pace with physical therapy. Awesome experience overall!

What an amazing company. It takes special people to do this line of work. They were wonderful working with grandma. They made sure she was comfortable for the last moments of her life. Chris was wonderful, nurses were responsive and kind. Highly recommend this company.
