It’s going on fifteen years that Maxim Healthcare Services Pomona has been a blessing for my son Giovanni and family. The office staff have been wonderful to work with. My experience with John my son’s Recruiter, Amanda the Head Nurse, Espie in Finance to Grant the Office Manager have been great, they are pleasant, professional, understanding and very helpful. The nurses Cyndi and Sandra who have cared for Giovanni are beautiful angels. It was rare that we came across these two loving, compassionate and thoughtful wonderful nurses. They brighten Giovanni’s day every day. They have made a difference in his life as well as my families. They are so kind, understanding, helpful and do an amazing job. I’m grateful for them granting my son the best nursing care he has ever experienced. They go above and beyond to provide care for my son and make him feel comfortable and loved. They provide skilled nursing care from helping start the day and end the day, companionship, preparing meals and feeding, assistance safe bathing, dressing and clothing suggestions, to stand-by assistance with walking and transfers. Performing light housekeeping and entertaining with games, crafts, reading and homework. Escorting to appointments and social events and making him smile, all these brings a gratifying warm feeling to my heart. I have confidence and trust having Cyndi and Sandra care for my son. I have a 19 yr old son with multiple medical issues. He needs total care and we have had a maxim nurse attend to him for over 10 years. Our nurses, (3) have become more like family and have given my son more than just the medical care he needs. They have attended school with him and that has put my mind at ease knowing I have someone with him who truly cares about his well being like his mama does when he is not in my eye sight. I’ve never had an issue with Maxim and recommend the agency for anyone who is looking for a home health nurse to care for their loved one.
