Incredible staff very professional, but loving they are there for you every step of the way I would never have made it through this time of need helping my father pass without the help of such wonderful people the social workers the nurse s The people they put on call I cannot thank them enough for everything they did for My father and for my family it takes special people to do this kind of work and they definitely do their job well I sincerely thank you all From the Gonzalez family

This is a horrible company that only cares about the bottom line when they should put patient care as a top priority. I dont even know why the hospice Dr took a hippocratic oath as it certainly doesn’t reflect in how she treats her patients. If it were up to me I would black list this company so no one is abused by them ever again. Thank god for mercy hospice that goes over and above defining patient care as hospice should.

Please do not let the staff here take care of your loved ones. They constantly have trouble filling the shifts. On the days that we are “lucky” to get someone to help, they do more harm than good. They sent incompetent and absolutely rude caregivers to help my dad. They made snarky comments about his disabilities and most of them would rather sit around on their phones. The front office answering phones always seem to have an attitude. The RN supervisor is no help. No one is holding them accountable.

Absolutely horrible. I used this company to care for my husband. Every aspect of this company is horrible. From their nurses to their caregivers. One nurse was the cause of my husband going into septic shock and refusing to acknowledge that he had an infection. He kept saying it was bladder spasms. Meanwhile my husband ended up in the hospital with septic shock. A severe infection. Don't use them. Thanks to my doctor I now have a new company. That wasn't the only episode. The supervisor screamed at me and hung up when I voiced my concerns.

Medically they are fine. It’s everything else. They don’t give you information you need. Their social worker is knowledgeable but flaky and not that helpful, if you can get her to call you back. They cost me my job by incorrectly filling out my LOA paperwork repeatedly. And they’re discharging my mom the day before Thanksgiving. That would be fine except they just told me, 2 days before. I have 2 days to find a temporary bed I can’t afford for my dying mom right around a holiday. The legal paperwork guy they recommended has taken so long we can’t go back to my home for Thanksgiving. They cost me my job. My Thanksgiving. My moms Thanksgiving. Watching my mom slowly die from cancer isn’t enough. They constantly make things Hell for me.
