Called this company yesterday. Looking for in home care for my mother. just moved to the area. Desirey answered the phone very cheerful and phasing to speak with. Hope everyone else with the company has her attitude and disposition.

I truly hope I have the right company. I was at Costco with my elderly mother last weekend and when I finished my shopping I went up to the food area where my mother had been sitting and eating. To my surprise there was somebody sitting with her talking to her. Nobody that I recognize or that I knew. So I walked over and it was just a customer who had helped my mom out with her food to the table and sat down and talked to her. My mother was elated over the the kindness that she showed talked with her a little bit and found out that she worked for company here in Reading that does in-home Healthcare and in home physical therapy and I believe it was this company. She said she was only a temp but was hoping to be hired through the company. I want to say that if you do not hire her after you guys are crazy. My mother is going to need some in-home Healthcare starting probably next year around March or so when I move away from my company I will definitely be calling Mission to have this care provided for her. I was scared of the people and companies spoken with to care for my mom in a few months. Was not even aware of this company. The person I'm speaking of her name was Deseray. She spoke as if she loved her job and appreciated the company she worked for. She expects how happy she was in her career. At this point. I will definitely be calling in a few months to set up care for my mother and will be going through this company just because of her. So whoever it may concern I would like you to know Desiree is an amazing woman with so much joy and empathy in her heart that my family would like it to be known how amazing she is. Recently brought my mom home from skilled nursing. We are told that PT, OT, nursing, home aide and Social worker were all set up and would be contacting me. Nurse did come out the first day. PT showed up nearly a week later and did nothing. Haven’t seen any other people. Mom is nearly wheelchair bound and needs the services promised. Would not recommend this company for anyone
