I’ve had consistently great experiences at this Quest Diagnostics location. I do lab work every six months, and it’s always smooth and efficient. Booking online is easy, check-in is quick, and I can scan my ID and be called in without any hassle. I’m usually in and out. The phlebotomists are professional, very kind, and make the process comfortable. The facility is clean and well organized. Because of how reliable this location is, I always choose it for my labs and will continue to do so.

This location is quick and easy. Luckily I always got into first room and Kimerbly took care of my blood work every time. She is imaging and make the experience seamless. It’s painless and no haggling with the nerves, she is pretty efficient in what she does. Thank you Kimberly!

I went as a walk in patient. There was a kiosk to sign in. I waited less than five minutes. The lady was very nice and didn’t even hurt me, lol. It’s nice when you go for medical service and they are pleasant too. I appreciate your kindness.

my first appt. was 9-16 .9:10 My husband also had one at the same time. They called him and I waited another 1/2 hour after he was done I still wasn't called. When a Phlebotomist came out I tried to talk to her .She said I didn't enter something correctly and I should always check the tv screen. No where does it say check the tv screen and when I completed the check in. It said successful have a seat in the lobby. The Phlebotomist told me to check in again on the computer. then it told me I missed my appt. and the next one I could do is 1:30pm . That would mean I would have fasted 16 hours to get my blood drawn. I rescheduled for 9-23. This same scenario happened to the man next to me and a lady that didn't speak English and there was no one who took time to help her. There is no one in that office available to assist someone and the phlebotomists are too busy and can be really curt

I recently visited Quest Diagnostics on Saturday for blood work and a urine test, and my experience was outstanding. The staff member who assisted me was amazing and very quick, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. The efficiency and professionalism displayed were truly commendable. I would confidently rate my experience a full 5 out of 5 stars. Highly recommended for anyone seeking prompt and excellent diagnostic services.
