I just spoke to a Carlos Castillo from Bethany Home Care (Moreno Valley) because one of their visiting home nurses did not show up for her visit today and no one called to say she was not coming. When I reported the nurse to Carlos, he told me that she had been to our home twice...NOT! She has only been here once. I was told there was a second visit and a 2nd signature...well, that was a forgery since there has only been one home visit. Because I repeated that there was forgery and lying going on with that nurse, Carlos stated I was racist. Where would that be coming from? I never said anything about race nor did I hint at it. I did turn in a complaint against this business to The California State Department of Health complaint hotline. We will be seeking a new home visit nursing company. BAD BAD BAD service and employees.
