Worst home care agency I’ve ever worked for. Time after time I needed help on shift I would call and get no answer each time not once or twice multiple! Care coordinators suck so unorganized and nothing is really ‘confidential’. Honestly the company is a joke they’re only still up because of the caregivers and other providers hard work! And you can never speak to a “manager” as a former employee I would ask and get laughed at and told there was no one higher up to speak to?..

The office lacks communication. I had to reschedule my intake 2x because they were late to the appointment both times, even though their text messages advised me to be “prompt”. After the second time the office just stopped returning my messages. Very unprofessional and unfortunate for families that need the assistance.

I had an incident where someone was breaking into my car while on a shift with desire home care..one of the coordinator told one of my clients about this..as of making fun of my situation.which wasn't a big deal to me but the fact that this was shared is crazy...

The caregivers that I have worked with are wonderful, but the communication with the central office is a frustrating disappointment. My most recent of several examples: The office reached out to me about a cancellation and asked if I would like to re-schedule. I gave a date and was told that they would reach out to the caregiver. Over two weeks later, the caregiver still had not been made aware of this request. Then, the day before my requested time and 20 days after the original conversation, I ask if the caregiver is coming, get told to await a response, and then am told, "I'm sorry, but I can't process your request without at keast 72 hours notice." Whyyyyyyy!?!?! Their clients are people who need more dependability, not less.

Do not use this company!!! The coordinators do not take their job nor the client serious The company failed to provide the clients with stable nurses caregivers time after time that are consistent the staff never return the messages for the clients they do even return messages there is no supervisor to speak to and when you ask to speak with the supervisor you get the run around. The owner needs to fire his staff and get new ones !! They send out lazy nurses that are out of shape and can’t handle there job! I would never recommend this company ever!
