This is by far the worst agency to work with I am a nurse and have been in Home Health for 13 years. I have a PPO insurance and they are denying accepting me telling me that they don’t accept my insurance because they don’t understand that Blue Cross and Blue Shield PPO you can use either Blue Cross or you can use Blue Shield. Why they don’t understand that is beyond me. They’re telling me they accept one but not the other and they think I only have the other then they tell me they don’t have nurses that live local. I’ve explained to them six times now all the details and how they are in network for me and they just don’t seem to get it. I would not use them for anything. I don’t believe they’re competent enough to understand and work as a home health agency they should lose their license.
