My recommendation is to go somewhere else. The second star is only because no one has ever been rude to us, and for RN Yemina and scheduler Summer, who have been consistently helpful. Your time will frequently not be respected, nor will most requests for communication or updates about a loved one's progress. We've had about 8 months experience with them over 2-ish years. They will change your appointments frequently and reschedule you for different providers, times, or days last minute. And when they call to do that it will be after hours (so you can't return the call), there won't be any acknowledgement that this is a change in plans, and there will be no asking if this works for you. Just a polite, one-way "reminder/confirmation" of something that you never agreed to. Over...and over...and over again. I have expressed our needs, and eventually, our frustrations, many times. It never actually changes. Their internal communication seems equally a mess and has caused distressing delays in getting services or equipment we needed. It should not be this hard. I actually buy the bandages out of pocket for wound care because we learned during our first experience that they were always out of stock, would not be told by the office to bring the correct supplies, or would bring the wrong size bandages. If I had to use one word for this company, it would be 'headache'. We will not be back.

FIVE stars for the RN who came out to assess my mother-in-law. Elsie was amazing. ZERO stars for the organization. Last minute scheduling, no notification that they are coming the next day. Unable to accommodate working schedules. Unable to give a consistent schedule

Awful, would not recommend... zero stars. Setup appointments and the nurse never shows. Don't get a call saying they are running late or can no longer make the appointment. Happened multiple times. No consideration of our time or the fact they are wasting it, coupled with the fact we are not getting the needed treatment. If you have the option, find another company to care for your loved ones.

Had excellent care after hospital discharge. Geraldine was very through and caring. She took her time understanding our needs and made many helpful suggestions to continue making healing faster and a long term goal. Our physical therapy was also great, both Jen and Michelle took great care understanding our goals and limitations and took the time to explain and provide suggestions to overcome what was realistic to help with her recovery. Thank you all for your great care and compassion!

We had Michelle with Agapecare come out to assist with Physical Therapy for my mother after she was released from the hospital. Michelle was always very friendly, efficient and always communicated with us. We never questioned when she would be out and she always had a smile on her face! We will definitely request her again if the need arises.
