Five Star for Bright Care Home Health, highly recommend . A few weeks ago, my mom was discharged from the hospital, the Hospital required us to hire home care to support for my mom recovery. It turned out to be one of the best decisions. The home care team Bright Care Home Care provided exceptional service , they are very professional, kind, and truly attentive to my mom’s needs. They not only took great care of her physical health but also brought so much joy into her days. They knew how to make her laugh, kept her engaged, and gently encouraged her to do light exercises, which made a big difference in her speedy recovery. We are incredibly grateful for Bright Care Home Health dedication and compassion. I highly recommend this home care service to anyone looking for trustworthy, high-quality care for their loved ones.

I was very impressed with the service provided by this company. I messaged them just last night because of broken parts in my door. Their tech came out on time, identified the problem, explained it to me in a way that I would understand why it was broken and then repaired it. His customer service, timeliness and work are all excellent as my door now works perfectly. Highly recommend them and there is a reason they have 5 stars.

Showed up on time, adhered to social distancing guidelines, is very polite and personable. But most of all the techs work is top quality at an unbeatable price. Replaced our dead opener in a couple hours, cleaned up and ensured everything was configured and working before he left. He guarantees his work too. Highly recommended.
