Communications with this company is excellent! The home care supplies were ordered and received in a timely manner. The nurse Mai always called the day before visit with an approximate time. She was very compassionate and easy to work with. We were able to call her at anytime between visits. We had to go to hospital for 6 days and when we returned home was assigned another company for home visits. I asked why and was told Advanced Care declined our future care. Mai was puzzled also. She was an excellent wound care nurse for us. I hope this next company does as well.

I didn't want say anything but I'm devastated about this company . I had high hopes my granny was being taking care of. Instead this blue hair nutcase nurse comes for a visit and instead of caring for granny she's was yapping here mouth to mom and dad about granny's care -is if her voice didn't matter. And just when I thought she was done, she started on politics 🙄. Please 🙏 do better guys.
