I was admitted on 12/24/2025. Thank you Yolanda. Shout out to Cha (sp), Jennifer, Laurell, Rebecca, and all the staff in the PT and OT departments. They all gave me the tools to strengthen and use my body correctly to heal. All my nurses and room helpers went above and beyond every day. I was pampered and honestly I did not want to leave, however I was improving and the bed was needed by someone far worse than me. I was discharged on 1/3/2026. My sister calls AHC “the hotel”. Every room is clean, the staff are welcoming and I highly recommend AHC for your health care needs.

I am so pleased with Advanced Healthcare of Sacramento. All the staff has been wonderful from Yolanda who does the admittance to Annabelle who's in charge of group activities and then finally to Bethany who helped with the discharge. All the nurses were wonderful but a big shout out to Francis. The food there is amazing. When my husband got there he couldn't feed himself but after less than 2 weeks he was able to feed himself. He also could not walk and had to use a wheelchair. The physical therapist worked with him and he was able to walk a short distance with a walker. I was so lucky to find this place for him and I can't give it enough stars. My only complaint is they are short-staffed so it's sometimes difficult to get through to the patients on the phone but regardless I still give them five stars

The entire staff at advanced were great to me. I was under their care for about 3 weeks. The Nurses and CNA’s were very professional, all 3 shifts. The CNA’s helped out in many ways. I will recommended this facility to my friends and neighbors. The PT & OT staff are amazing. They were able to get most of the patients involved with an exercise regimen every day.

The facility is immaculate, with comfortable rooms and inviting common areas that feel more like a home than an institution. The food is exceptional—fresh, well-balanced, and always served with a smile. They even accommodate my mother’s love for spicy flavors! The activity program is engaging, offering everything from music sessions to gardening, which keeps her active and happy. What truly sets this place apart is the staff’s genuine care.

Advanced healthcare is one of the finest facilities in Sacramento. Everyone is helpful and looks out for my healthcare. I couldn’t ask for better care or a better place to be in a rehab center. I highly recommend that if you have a reason to be in any type of a rehab center that this would be the only place that you would want to choose. The physical therapy is second to none and is truly caring and wants to help individuals to advance in their own healthcare. Rebecca is one of our favorite ones in physical therapy. She does a great job. Excellent starts with those that are in charge which is management. Yolanda de la Rosa the admissions coordinator is an excellent example of how management sets the tone. Yolanda is the best admissions coordinator. I’ve had the opportunity to work with extremely friendly, very helpful and joy to work with.. Jerry the person who takes care of wounds is second to none this facility should be recognized for the excellence of care and the great staff that they have employed. Thank you for making my brother feel at home in your facility.
