The Sacramento Branch of Aveanna has the best customer, that I have seen in a long time. I called the 800 number and was given misleading information, but the staff in Sacramento went above and beyond to help me. It was very refreshing to receive such great customer service! Great work!

This company is horrible. I cannot stress enough how horribly unprofessional they are. We've been in discussions with them for months trying to get them to find nurses for my child. They waited until the last 2 weeks before his discharge date to start searching even though we were given the date in August. They do not return calls and have given both us and the hospital the run around. Because of them my child's discharge date has been pushed back and he could possibly be sent to a subacute facility even though they promised us in june that they could find us nurses. Do not use this company, don't even bother calling them if you need nursing because you're not going to find it with them. I hope others have a better experience however their unprofessionalism has left me with a bad taste in my mouth.

I’m getting tons and tons of spam phone calls from this company, daily. I went through the prompts to be put on the line with a third party call center, who was selling plans on behalf of premier. These scrupulous methods of getting customers reflects poorly on premier and their affiliates.
