I was given this home, Heallthcare after Spending 30 days in in a rehab facility. Initially, I was supposed to get physical therapy, nursing, home health services, occupational therapy, and speech therapy, I got out on a Thursday and the first time anybody showed up was on Saturday. And that was an evaluation by the nurse. The following week I saw a nurse and was eventually seen by the physical therapist for an evaluation. I was told that Physical Therapy would start the next week as would occupational therapy. Nothing was said about speech therapy., Or Home Health services. It was 12 days before I received the first physical therapy appointment. I had two or three appointments with PT and then they said I had to be re-evaluated. I had to wait almost a week for the guy to show up.. To make a long story short when I received Physical Therapy it was great. Brian was amazing. He did more for me than any physical therapist has ever done. The head guy who was supposed to evaluate me and who was supposedly in charge was flaky and came at his leisure. Eventually, he just ghosted me and my therapy stopped because he didn’t come to reevaluate and didn't return my calls. I got tired of waiting and asked them to discharge me. It’s going on two weeks right now and I haven’t heard from anyone. Because they haven’t discharged me. I can’t receive services I need due to Medicare restrictions. I never saw the occupational therapist. She called me once I called her back three times and she never returned my call and never came. The nursing staff came in took my blood pressure checked my wounds and left. They were very nice and I have no complaints about them but as soon as I asked for Physical Therapy twice a week, they stopped all other services. I never receive speech therapy or a home health aide. and because I’m still on their service when I went to see the speech therapist on the outside, she wasn’t able to bill for her time. I’m very disgruntled with the entire service and how unreliable it has been. The only person who I could really count on was Brian, who always called me in advance to schedule an appointment. The nurses were off and on about calling - some of them called me in advance, but some of them would call when they were almost here, with no advance notice. I have doctor appointments and other things I have to go to so I’m in need of knowing when they’re going to come. I would not recommend this service to anyone. I’ve had Home Health services before and they were way more reliable than this. They are not even returning my calls to get discharged.
