My initial interview and telephone interactions thereafter with Jennifer Badillo regarding the services RX Staffing provides and what my personal needs might be post lung surgery were informative and comforting. Ms. Badillo always returned my phone calls promptly. In addition, she was extremely flexible and reasonable regarding what my unknown scheduling needs might be and charges thereafter. Albeit only had need for one 12-hour night shift, Kirsten the caregiver, was sweet; and I slept peacefully knowing that she was in the next room if I needed her. Highly recommend this organization.
