I called the company and spoke with someone on 12/15/22 about an situation that I’m concerned about. My mother had this therapy place assigned to her after back surgery in sept she was discharged in oct and they began coming a lady to set it up very nice Was fixing therapy and bathing For her. Therapy guy came said Tuesday and Thursday were days. He showed up 3-4 time and then on a Saturday out the blue. Ok that fine no call call no show then pop in on a day. Lady came back few weeks to see if my mom still needed services yet she never received a bath and 2 therapy sessions at this point. They said on the 12/15/22 she was discharged on 11/10/22 Ok. They why did he show up after my mom had covid 11/15/22 He showed up on 11/19/22 to “check on and see how she was” I told him she had covid and he left I waited weeks to see calling on 12/15/22 and finding out that she was discharged. 🤔 DOESN’T ADD UP! Ill be calling her insurance to check and file a complaint too

i hired them to help me with my mom. They don't work together the OT never let me know when she was coming to see my mom. The PT had to order a sit stand lift for Pt for my mom and never got the equipment so Pt was never done on her. With the assistance of the Pt i bought the equipment it cost 2000.00 and now they are not coming out to get her started on PT. The home health before this one had my mom up and starting to use walker on December. Nothing since hiring Sweet Angel.

Very poor service when calling into the office. The nurses tell you something in your home and when you call the office they have no clue of what’s going on. There seems to be miscommunication with this organization. Very sad that I as a patient have to be dealing with all this. Not professional at all. They say they’ll return your call and never do.
