We care home health has been awesome this year. My mom had multiple hospitalizations in 2025 due to COPD, my mom also has dementia. We care home health was requested by myself since we were happy with the post hospital care given by the company after the first original discharge. The home health workers have become like family since they have been coming to the home for my mom pretty much this whole year. Christian, the scheduling manager Is always available very understanding and helpful. LVN Kathy has always done a thorough assessment of vitals on my mom when she comes out really grateful for her when she catches Abnormal lung sounds. Diana the Physical therapist has become Like a family friend. My mom looks forward to seeing her every visit and really enjoys her companionship. Diana has a way of getting my mom up and active she always communicates her appointment times and ETA ahead of time. If i need help with anything for my mom I can text or call the home health workers and my questions get answered right away. No BS company, definitely would recommend. Everyone we have came across has truly been a blessing. The company at this location in Sacramento California has a phenomenal team of care providers.
