A couple of months back my grandfather was in the hospital and needed Skilled Nursing due to a broken hip. Irvin came to my grandfathers bedside and met with us both. Irvin was so sweet and took his time explaing skilled nursing and then assisted with the tour. At Haven, my grandpa thrived and is back home again doing so well. Thank you Irvin and the therapy team for great journey with you guys!

The only reason why am giving a 5 star is because of a very nice CNA that was very kind to my love one that was there. And we still talk about her, her name is Isabel.C. Couldn’t pronounce her last name, but she is a very wonderful person very kind. We did offer her to continue to care for our loved one at home. But we understood why she couldn’t. But honestly she had our love one always clean and well attempted to and for that we are very thankful. Thank you Isabel! We hope you know we appreciate you.

The nurses were all wonderful and caring. The Social Worker worked with me to settle my fears and was very helpful . Everyone here at Haven Post Acute was wonderful, always smiling when they walked by my room. The food leaves room for desire, but for the most part was ok. I love my friends here that I've made, and wish them all well. Oh and the wound care guy, thank you too! You were awesome as well .!

Great place to take care of your love one. Wound care team is the bomb and awesome. Peter, Jose, Moureen, Kate, and Deryk. I wanted to give a special heart felt thank you to those 5 people who took extremely good care of my father wounds. I haven't seen another place that i can compare too. When it comes to healing wounds. They are on point and deals with your love one with great care. There staff is second to none. RNs, CNAs, LVNs, Cooks, and P.T., O.T., and administrators are caring and helpful. Just to name a few Sharrell, Naray, Lajana, John, Charles, Kristina, Fuschia, Jamie, Godwind, Angela, Cynthia, Karena, Chris, April and Michael. Keys of great success are great communication, open dialog between Patients and Staff. Most important family members input matters along with staff input to work as a team for the great good of the Patient. So family please communicate kindly, respectfully, and with love for the benefit of your love one and also with the staff to get best results from staff and for your love ones. My mom was here for 2 weeks for rehab post lumbar fusion surgery and we were very pleasantly surprised given the area. Although the intake process was rough because it was the weekend and staff were limited, the rest of my mom’s stay was very accommodating and met our needs. The facility itself was clean and well kept as far as nursing homes go, no bugs and the smell was relatively pleasant. Their PT/ OT team, Isaiah and Leticia, were beyond amazing. We loved every moment with them as they treated my mom with love and care throughout her stay. Their admin team, including Daisy, Theresa, Maria, and Reuben went above and beyond to get my mom’s care covered through insurance and helped us feel supported every step of the way. The nursing staff are truly the backbone of everything, they were so attentive to my mom and I, I just couldn’t have done it all without them. Jon and Florence were the nurses that stood out to me, but my mom had a whole list of her favorites there who she adored. We are so grateful for everyone there for putting up with our many questions and concerns. As a pharmacist who has worked in longterm care myself, I was truly impressed by how compassionate and attentive everyone was there. I couldn’t have done it without you all. Thank you 🙏
