My father had surgery on October 2, 2025 and unfortunately did not recover as quickly as we expected. I met with Jonathan Burgi, and he gave me the Home Care Support my family needed. This was our first time working with Home Care, and he told me exactly what to expect and what were all the steps in regards to VA Home Care. I would highly recommend Jonathan because he is very supportive and responsive in answering all my questions. Thank you so much Jonathon for all your help.

My Aunt currently has Better Solutions for her home care. The scheduling staff are on top of her hours that need to be covered. I want to say 2 special thank you’s to a supervisor and a caregiver. Erika Garcia for ALWAYS being available for me to discuss concerns, scheduling, or praise’s I have for a caregiver. Even on your days off or on vacation you get back to me right away. You truly are an asset to this Company and to me by helping me navigate my aunts care! Na’Shay Spence your work ethic says it all about you. When shifts need to be filled in for whatever the reason. You are there for my aunt, even if it ends up being a 12 hr shift! The things I ask of you to do on a daily basis get done. You have a great rapport with my aunt, she especially loves it when we play cards with her! Kudos to the both of you, and THANK YOU for being there!
