So unfortunately I will have to say that this place sounds like some kind of Ponzi scheme. They received referral for services they provide from the hospital which means that an M.D. already signed off on the orders that were given. Then we started getting phone calls from different numbers and different people saying that first they will have to send in their own physician before they can start services although there is primary care physician on file. Next they insisted that RN needs to do her evaluation before we could move to services that we actually need. It RN two attempts to arrive because on the first day she got flat tire and apparently couldn’t make that’s already like a week later after ordered were received by them from the hospital. Fast forward we got another wave of multiple phones calls from different people introducing themselves as socials workers. One attempted to supposedly conduct Televisit while she was driving and the other one was much short of any type liaison to necessary recourses. As it turns out she doesn’t even work with the agency. Apparently they outsourced it to somebody who is charging insurance just for putting check mark and advising to look up resources on Facebook. Their office stuff answering the phone are all working from home and while trying to make conversation in regards to any type of follow-up there are children screaming in the background and the mother is all out of shape getting short with the customers over the phone. Unprofessional and absolutely rude. Total lack of empathy and or care or responsibility for someone claiming to be home health care. 😫😣😔

They provided multiple visits per week were available for emergency calls numerous times over the past two years. Every single one of the nurses and staff were professional and very kind to my mother and family.
