Highly recommend Aspire Home Health for the care/support and therapy provided my 96yr old mother post fall. Nursing support was brief but welcomed, provided by Lori RN. Nadia PT and Johanni PT included enough visits to not only return her mobility but improve her stamina and outlook! Their support through this stressful experience is much appreciated by our family. Thank you for sending dedicated caregivers ! The Craig Family

This organization is both unprofessional and unhelpful. If you need your health to improve, this is NOT the place. I have talked to over half dozen people in Indiana? ( I am in California). For the love and health of your own body get a physical therapy group that is consistent and will work with you on your goals.

These people are terrible at communication. We've left 10+ messages and all they can say is, we'll call you back. Finally offered me an appt nearly a week post-op - it was supposed to be within 48 hours. Hubby has taken all these days off waiting for someone to show. Empty promises - we will be there this afternoon- but no one shows up. Find someone else; these people suck

My dad was released from the hospital for wound care. He’s a retired elderly craftsman and very independent and proud. Aspire provided great service and terrific support and communication. The nurses always called ahead and showed up on time. They were friendly and courteous and patient. He hates automated phones and waiting on hold and always reached a real person quickly and efficiently. He’s mobile again and mended. Can’t recommend enough.

I had high hopes. The first time Aspire Home healthcare came out to take care of my fathers wounds and physical therapy, they were on time and prompt with phone calls. We had them for just under 2 weeks before he went back in the hospital. Now he is out again and we got Aspire. They have been nothing but a pain to deal with. We have told them that due to my schedule, while taking care of my father I also have our house hold to run, we need calls first thing in the morning, and to be scheduled ether early morning or late afternoon, so I can have the rest of the day to take care of business. They rarely call before 11:30am, usually to insist on a noon or 1pm visit. Refuse to make the wound nurse and the physical therapist on the same days so they eat up multiple days instead of just two days a week. And when I haven't heard from them and call into the scheduling planner at the main office she is snotty and rude on the phone and does zero to help. Then I finally give up and leave to do my running around, get a call from them and tell them my wife will let them in and they can do the wound dressing and or PT, and they get all butt hurt that I won't be there to dress the wounds and them help me, because they are supposed to make sure "I know what I am doing". Well they know I do, I have done it for the last 20 years. I taught them the proper way to dress the wounds on my fathers legs. We keep them because home health is the only way Medicare will cover a portion of the wound care supplies.
