Hi, I'm reaching put to you to give Rex a great review ! Rex was a pleasure to deal with under these obvious stressful conditions. He is warm, knowledgeable, cares and went the extra mile to get me Therapy in Twentynine Palms, and on a military base that makes everything more difficult. Rex couldn't of been more helpful. What an asset to your company. Thank you, Donna Langdon

This company is absolutely terrible at providing therapy. I was referred to them for a close friend who had suffered a massive stroke, and was mostly paralyzed on his left side. He was eligible for Medicare part A. Bridge was supposed to provide 2x a week for PT and 2x week for OT. They rarely met this schedule and never set up a Care plan with clear goals and resented it every time I tried to get an update. I was finally able to contact their Executive Director in Orange County who assured me that the Case Manager would call me. They never called me even though they told the Executive Director that they did. Obviously the PT staff is unreliable and even worse, they don't follow standard protocol and are dismissive of any family members concerns. Luckily I have now moved my friend to another Therapist facility that is already 100% more responsive and professional. I can only wonder how much more mobility progress my friend would made had we NOT started with Bridge.

My family and I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with Bridge Home in the final weeks before my mother passed away. We were referred to them for in-home PT and OT by C-Care in San Marcos. Our first appointment went alright, although in the days leading up to the appointment we were passed between 3 different people as points of contact. It wasn't a big deal, just added to an already confusing process. The male PT that came to our house to conduct an intake interview was helpful and kind. The real problem was with the (lack of) follow-up that came after and the OT we were supposed to be paired with. No one from Bridge contacted us; we had to call to schedule a follow-up for intake OT. There was a set appointment time of 12-1pm; at 11:45am she contacted to say she wouldn't be there until sometime after 2pm. This unfortunately didn't work for our schedule because my mother had other Dr appointments that afternoon. When I explained this change of time would not work and could we do a different day, she acted as though it was our fault and we caused an inconvenience to her. We managed to arrange a different time the following day, to which the same OT contacted us 20 minutes AFTER the scheduled appointment and canceled; she very casually said she'd be in touch sometime in the next few days. We never heard back. By the middle of the following week I had spoken with a gentleman at their reception asking for someone...anyone... to please help us schedule. His demeanor was nice, but we never heard after that. Needless to say, we sought a different referral for a different company. I cannot begin to express how upsetting it was to be canceled on/have plans changed multiple times by the same woman - who had a terribly flippant attitude and lack of empathy - and a company to seemingly care so little about a prospective client. My mother passed away a few weeks after this ordeal, so ultimately her time with these PT and OT sessions would have been brief, but we wanted her to have some help with mobility and managing her sick body before the end. Bridge Home made a terrible situation much worse. Would not recommend.

This place is absolutely terrible. I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy . This company is extremely inconsistent and the care givers are always and I do mean always late or rescheduling. I understand things happen , but every time ? And you’re waiting all day for them to be here for 30 minutes. I’ve been waiting over a month for medical equipment and a social worker meeting for resources for my mother and we just always hear excuses and blame shifting . Don’t use this company if you’re really wanting help . If you just want your insurance to pay them to do nothing though, these are the ones ! What a joke of a company .
