I called Friday to ask if I can confirm they got the doctors new order for my daughter (who we have been having issues with them for several months getting the correct order to us and one thing removed). When confirmed they finally had the correct order. I asked can I confirm it now since I was on the phone for Thursday Delivery. They said no and that someone would call me. It is now Wednesday and no one has called me (my daughter has been sick so I have been home). I called and they state that now it is too late to order and due to the holiday next week they are unable to send us the order until the following week. We are done to the last Kate Farms (that I have been paying out of my pocket due to the lack of communication and disorganization with them). I am frustrated with this company as I am a single parent working a full time job and taking care of my daughter with special needs and they wanted me now to pick it up. It wasn’t until she spoke to the manager that she was able to adjust to get it delivered. I have never had issues like this with MD or TX.

Literally having to wait to discharge because the pharmacist wanted to wait 2 hours to call and get the okay from the Dr. then had the decency to call and say she now doesn’t have the time to fill the medication! Even though there was still an hour between then and close.

This is the second month in a row that I have had to use old supplies for my four year old who is on a g tuber. We get the exact same order every single month and I could write a book about all of the times her order has just not been delivered in the past. Plus they are only in our area one day a week so whenever they mess up we have to use old supplies for at least a full week which risks infections. This time it will be two weeks because Eid Thanksgiving. They need to get it together over there.
