This is the first time I had the need for a in-home care, and it had been the greatest experience, my nurse Nawal has been wonderful, I will request her anytime. Thanks for the excellent service you provide.

Guardian what? Not quite. My name is Danny and I am a quadriplegic. I started this way because it is ironic and has bearing on the review. Once this company spoke to the nurse how about the job involved, they directly called my doctor and refused service so fast after I got off the phone that by the time I called my doctor within five minutes, my doctor's office had already informed me that Guardian angel home care had called my doctor and refused service. As a quadriplegic I have a specific need with going to the bathroom and nurses often do not want to do it so they discern between jobs after our recent epidemic, essentially taking the easiest most lucrative cases. It is most definitely a job for a skilled nurse and now companies will no longer require nurses to do such jobs. The company or nurses essentially discriminated against me because of the job. The job requires skilled nursing which Medicare clearly pays for and the doctor prescribes. You see, the company was started by the family of a quadriplegic by the name of Danny who could not find adequate nursing care. Isn't it ironic, don't you think? My name is Danny, I am a quadriplegic, I cannot find nursing. I've been through multiple companies. Direct reason I am currently working towards my law degree. I called this company thinking "with a name like that and a story like that they would lend a hand". Nope! As to be expected from 99% of home health companies. I should know. I've been paralyzed for 18 years.

They are a terrible company and poorly run with even worse customer service. We had them booked the same time all week they showed up Monday and Tuesday and come Wednesday they no showed us and called an hour before they were due to arrive and left us high and dry with no excuse and didn’t apologize. Beware stay away bad business.
