As a nurse and someone who’s been in healthcare a long time, I see the prevalence of burnout and a lot of us honestly, just checking the boxes sometimes, but Tom (Physical Therapist) has gone above and beyond on multiple occasions for my mom, in terms of his compassion, thoroughness to detail, interdisciplinary collaboration, and communication with myself as her decision maker. He remained positive and supportive, which I admired and appreciated. He is incredibly talented at what he does, and obviously very knowledgeable about his craft. We were so lucky to have him, and we even requested him for a second episode of care because of all of the above. Very grateful for his hard work, patience, and dedication to time with my mom.
