Worst company ever. I have booked infant care for my twins through bright horizon and this company confirmed all my reservation with some fake names for caregivers that shows they have more than 10 years of infant care experience. Couple hours before starting time they called and said they had to replace that caregiver and new person showed up an hour late and she did not have any childcare experience at all! We had to cancel our plan, stay at home to take care of babies and this caregiver! Next day, same thing they called an hour before starting time told us they had to replace the caregiver and this time sending two different caregivers to my house, and they will be late! This is not acceptable at all! We had to cancel the whole reservation. They should be banned from operating; they have nothing to do with childcare!
