Lorian has a wonderful knowledgeable nursing staff. We felt very secure with their input and suggestions. We had a major discomfort with the integrity and safety with their PT's and OPT. The OPT's were very unsafe with their therapy and the PT's we're not honest with their ability of experience. I would let them know what our goals were per the VA and it took months and me speaking with the director of my concerns for the PT supervisor to be truthful with me. I must say I learned so much from the nursing staff.

We used Lorian Health for 8 months after my mom fell on Mother's Day and broke her wrist. Everyone we worked with (personal bathing assistants, occupational therapists, physical therapists and their supervisors) have been professional and provided excellent care and first rate services. We are so grateful for their compassion and understanding. Special commendations to her PT Steve and Supervisor Julie for doing such great work with her. Highly recommended.
