My child receives ABA services & I can say my BT is amazing Jada comes to work everyday with a smile and accommodates to my child’s needs . She shows Patience even under trying conditions . She had kept me well informed and allows me to learn along side with them ! My son has achieved many goals we have set and I can honestly say without Jada as his BT in ABA through maxim he wouldn’t be where he is today ! Alejandra and Andrina were his original supervisors and these women also were amazing ! Andrina was on the floor with me cutting out pec templates to help my son! Also Carla Bravo the Director is amazing ! She made the transition from early intervention to insurance a breeze and stress free !

We were very disappointed with the caregivers that were scheduled to care for our relative. There were caregivers who came significantly late to shifts, some seemed to lack the necessary training for the job and others who canceled shifts with a shortage of staffing to cover caregivers calling out for the scheduled shifts. I can’t recommend their services, there are better agencies.

I had a good experience with Maxim Healthcare Services recently. With their professional staff's help, especially the account manager Aries, my son's helper is able to finish the whole processing within 3 days and started working for my son one day after he was discharged from the hospital. The staff did their best to help and they are on top of everything. Amazing.
