Absolutely amazing people ! We recently switched companies from archer home health to Scripps because my father who just had a stroke was not getting any help from them and the staff was horrible except for one speech therapist. It is a night and day difference. Scripps seaport has been nothing short of amazing . They are truly helping my dad . They are kind and care . They're not here just to collect a paycheck like the previous company. It is so different than the horrible experience with Archer, it was a NIGHTMARE. Thank you Seaport Scripps team for being the wonderful people you are . We truly look forward to continuing to work with you all . You've been a huge blessing to us !!

Terrible. No availability, rude therapists that cannot communicate. I was told they had tons of availability , for my work schedule (I work from home, major difficulty leaving due to multiple injuries so I specifically requested Scripps Seaside Home Heath after reading reviews.) It took over two weeks to get an intake appointment. The first therapist wasn't available on my time and when I tried to squeeze her in, she said she's going on vacation for over a week, when I needed therapy STAT. Billy was great once he was there but he mentioned he might be available or someone else will on my days off. No. I had someone that specifically wasn't available on my days off at all. Another that was very rude and acted like I'm high maintenance to ask for a time when I'm not working...I just want help. 😭 I get someone else that like the others, randomly demanded a specific day and one hour window with no flexibility (and two times they asked me the evening before!!!!) I'm thankful I have medical professionals in my family to verify PT via free videos on the Internet! It'd been a MONTH with ONE therapy session because I took too long to say no more to Seaside. I was supposed to have two sessions a week that's why I asked for home health. They gave me crumbs to choose from for sessions. First thing in the AM when I'm WORKING as I stated repeatedly and then treated me like trash or acted super confused for not being available. Would claim to reach out to me only to have crickets for almost a week at a time. Again, I'm thankful for Billy to have given the exercises he did although 90% was stuff I was already doing from YouTube. So I questioned if I even need PT. He did give me great advice for using my walking devices but I probably could've just looked that up had I thought of it. He also just ghosted after our first session after giving me his number to call. I wish he hadn't because I assumed he had some authority or availability. I'm trying Luna via other doctor's recommendations hopefully it will go well they seem to actually be available. These people don't seem to want to work and couldn't care less when I asked to be removed from their roster. To be honest the incompetency of the organization and most of the therapists seems extreme and I would question what they recommend for therapy as well.

Great service for my in home physical therapy was provided courtesy of Trevor and Jordan. They were very friendly, supportive, motivating, and really listened to what my needs were. In the beginning, they would help find exercises that helped me with the limitations. Once I showed progress, we would step up on the exercises and they would help me with walking more. They also were very patient with me. They helped me push myself to get better and improve.

Seaport Home Health was absolutely wonderful in caring for my mom after her total knee replacement surgery. From start to finish, they were professional, compassionate, and supportive. I especially want to highlight Kevin, the physical therapist — he was truly outstanding. Kevin was calm, patient, and incredibly reassuring. My mom was very nervous about the healing process, but Kevin made her feel at ease right away. He explained everything in a clear and gentle way, never pushed her beyond her limits, and always made sure she was comfortable. His kindness and encouragement made a huge difference in her recovery journey. The nurses who visited were also fantastic — attentive and kind — but major kudos go to Kevin for going above and beyond. We are so grateful for the excellent care from Seaport Home Health!
