I haven't been receiving my supplies on time. I placed an order in July and didn't receive it until August. The same thing happened when I placed an order in September, which I didn't receive until October. Now, I'm trying to place an order for October, and I was told it was sent on October 3rd. Where are my orders for July and September? Since July, I have only received one order in August and another in October. This delay in receiving my supplies has had a significant impact, especially considering I placed two orders in the past four months. I urgently need to speak with a supervisor. However, every time I try, I'm told they're in a meeting. The team is not following up with clients or insurance, and they are potentially losing customers.
