Rinaldi have the greatest staff from housekeeping , CNA, nurses , therapists, office staff all the way to the medical director. They really take good care of their patients, they treat them like family. They are very caring and compassionate and sensitive to the patient's needs. "Its like a second home" our patient does not want to leave the place anymore. I have never seen a facility like this ever.

I’ve had the opportunity to witness the incredible work being done at Rinaldi Convalescent Hospital over the past few years. What really stands out is their therapy and rehab program. They offer Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy—7 days a week, which is something you don’t often see at many facilities. Each resident receives a personalized care plan that’s updated regularly to reflect their progress and changing needs. Families are kept in the loop and involved in care discussions, which creates a really supportive and connected environment. You can tell that the rehab team is passionate and truly committed to helping residents recover and regain independence. The atmosphere is collaborative, warm, and focused on healing. Rinaldi continues to grow and improve, and it’s become a place that genuinely prioritizes both quality care and resident well-being.

Rinaldi has been a great experience for our family. The staff is kind, attentive, and truly cares about the patients. The facility is clean and well-run, and the rehab team is excellent. My dad has been at Rinaldi for a couple days now and I just wanna say we are so grateful we found this place for my dad's rehab. When we stepped in, there was a completely different energy compared to other places we toured. The staff was warm, welcoming, and honesty really attentive. Not just to us, but to every resident we saw. My family felt at ease right away. What really stood out to me was how organized and well-run everything felt. You could tell the team works well together and communicates clearly, which made the whole process less stressful for our family. We also noticed how engaged the residents were.. They were participating in activities in their dining room, talking with staff, enjoying time out of their rooms which was nice to witness. It didn’t feel like a facility, it felt like a community. I would say the building is well-kept. Being so close to Holy Cross hospital was another huge bonus in case of any emergency. We’re incredibly grateful we found Rinaldi.
