After completing a one month of service, my wife has been very, very satisfied with the nurse Isabella. She was always on the right schedule, very punctual, and professional, working with the wife. Everything was disinfected by the book and service was an out standing. Operation manager, Linda has been responsive and accommodated it with an outstanding service. Thank you, Isabella (RN) for the Servicing the community and my wife.

We had two different nurses come because my mom needed home health nurse. One was fine. Took photos , changed wounds and was gone in 30 mins..a new lady named Miriam came.. What a nightmare.. she came over 30 mins late..ok no problem but stayed for 1.5 hours. Like who has time to sit around for that. I care take two elderly parents plus a home to run .. she was patronizing.. Got upset because I didn't find it important for her to teach me how to insert batteries. She is supposed to come everyday.. but she took time to teach me what she is supposed to do... " In case the office. Calls". .. I believe she is the "office" and wanted to teach me in case she doesn't come.. I heard her on the phone tell a client. I didn't want to come today.. I'll come tomorrow?!!! What?! If that was us I'd be pissed. We need a daily nurse.. then a few hours after she left.. obviously she did it wrong.. I didn't understand IV but there was blood in the line.. next morning she blames me.. just a horrible condescending patronizing vaca de El Salvador.

My mom broke her leg and required both a nurse and physical therapist. The professionals who work for Tender Care truly live up to the company name. They both provided my mom tender care and have been so wonderful in communicating with me about her treatment and updates. The coordinator and supervisors are a great resource and respond quickly to calls. I’m very happy that my mom received care from this company.

If I could give zero stars I would. Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. They won't make appointments ahead of time. Instead, while your loved one is going through something traumatic enough to need home assistance, they intrude and call you the day of. I had one nurse call me at 4:00 pm and ask if it was ok for her to come see my mom "at like 6:00 or 7:00 or 8:00". That's unacceptable. Those weren't appointment times that was her best estimate. And this was at 4:00 pm. Spoke to the supervisor who was rude and unhelpful. I would never ever recommend this place.
