Jennifer tried to bully me after an incident where the Nurse Evelyn they sent to my home told me if I need anything I could text her. 10 being extremely painful. My father had neck pain of 7 and top head pain of 8. They got mad at me for going to the nurse they sent to my home instead of worrying about my father's life and death situation. The next morning Jennifer condescendingly tries to school me on the matter thinking she is the boss. Needless to say I called her the next day telling her I am switching to a better home health company that would offer bathing for my father. Initially Evelyn told me to bath my father myself. Later, Jennifer said they could do the bathing too after hearing I was switching home health. Jennifer during the phonecall tried to run the show saying she will decide when my father ends homehealth with them. I said I was the boss firmly in Mandarin. That got her attention quick. Told her to end services immediately. Do not go with this company. They only see you as dollar signs and does not see you as human beings. My father could've died had I listen to their advice of giving him painkillers that day. I thought of lowering the medical bed to let his blood flow better from the neck to head area. That did the wonders and pretty much no help from them.
