My dad’s home health nurse was very helpful in getting us the help and supplies we needed for my dad who is 96. Hilda was awesome to have , and the nurses who came to help with therapy and the nurse who came to wash my dad as he had mobility issues. He is now starting to make progress in walking a bit

Physical Therapist Berika alone is a 5star. Professional, thorough and prompt. But this company was thee absolute worst. I have to read the reviews for these home health agencies before signing off discharge papers for any of my loved ones and will personally request not to be referred to Care Must(Not). They were supposed to be the post-discharge team to help my client on her recovery. Someone was supposed to show up within 48hrs for an initial visit, per usual for home health protocols. After several phone calls the nurse finally showed up nearly a week later, in which she was hours late and never even one phone call FROM them to keep us in the loop. We were told PT would be scheduled the following week. Mid-way through the week I called to follow up, only to find out their PT can only come the following week! My client is going on her 99th birthday, time is of the essence here. These folks sound like they care over the phone but the rest is frustrating and disgustingly sloppy. For an agency of this field you sure don’t live up to the name. They must not care. Update: I was going to change my review because they’ve finally put us on with a PT, who is quite good, but reading through some of the reviews, my heart aches for the reviewers who went through similar if not worse experiences. In this field? You MUST care. Lack of heart and lack of professionalism here is unconscionable. You’re dealing with broken people; they do not need anymore salt on the wound. You won’t solve their life problems but the least your team can do is show up as the professional HEALTH care providers you claim to be. If you can’t handle more patients due to being understaffed, don’t accept the referrals. There’s other agencies out there. Do better. Clean up!

Horrible experience. I was home for weeks , calling for care after discharge. they called me one time to schedule the first visit which i had to call them back several times to confirm a time. I received no contact from them after that, and my caregiver had to keep calling. They would tell us someone would come on this day and then cancel on the day of the appointment. Then they would say, someone will call and no one ever did. We kept having to call to get an update. After the last no show and zero contact, we finally had enough and called my case manager to re-assign us and shared the problem and the case manager relayed that one of the reps from Care Must told her, they had us on schedule but we cancelled due to an emergency which is untrue, we have been home since discharge playing the phone game with these people. After several complaints, they finally had a PT call us and even she shared a fable, now they're just lying their way through. I would never recommend such awful care for anyone.
