Don't use this hospice company they do nothing for the patient. My client has been in a nursing home and was told he would receive Better Care by Ardent Healthcare instead every time I ask them can he have physical therapy they say he's dying he's not eating they told me oh well he's dying he never gets out of bed except for once a week when they come in and shower him and the nursing home that they put him in is horrific he no longer has his wheelchair or his electric scooter they said they'd lost the charger to his scooter they don't know where the wheelchair is they no longer have oxygen in his room and they don't know where that is they don't do anything for the clients. My client has not been eating and they told me that oh well he's dying. This is the worst company you could ever choose don't go with them I've never seen such poor care or indifference. They just want whatever money they can get for services they don't deliver it's disgusting.
