My wife went to the hospital in May and then to rehabilitation at The Springs in June. She was released to come home at the end of August and we were told Misson Home Health would continue her physical therapy and occupational therapy and provide a visit from an RN as needed. They have done exactly what was needed and have not only been able to get my wife up and moving a bit more but two days ago, her nurse, "Raven", came for a weekly visit and was concerned about the fluid overload she saw on my wife's legs and feet and after discussing it with both my wife and myself, Raven called the paramedics and got my wife transferred to the hospital. She explained the patient's past and current records with the paramedics and made certain all was taken care of so that it was properly handled and I did not need to worry about the transfer! The members of this group of healthcare professionals has been a delight to meet and work with and I can recommend them highly. I have to give a "atta-girl" to Melissa in PT and Kate in OT as well as to Raven and I hope to see them again when my wife is again released to finally be home. Thanks to these wonderful folks, I actually slept well knowing that "my girl" is in the right place and safe. Call them if you need help....they are great.

Though we have had a few experiences with nurses we where not so impressed with we have received consistantly exceptional care from Yonnette LVN and Linsey RN. Janine as mentioned by the other reviewer here is not welcome back unless its an emergency, though her techniques where sound we felt her bedside Manor is not exactly what we have come to expect from Mission healthcare. There was another very competent and kind nurse that came out during an emergency once about a year ago, that was the oncall nurse. And she was wonderful as well, i wish I could remember her name. Billing could be more communicative and we have also had issues with them. But the LVN and RN we usually see are nothing short of Rock stars in our book.

If you’re looking for quality home health care for yourself or a loved one, avoid this company at all costs. The therapists are some of the worst I’ve ever encountered—completely unprofessional, consistently late, unreliable, and everything is delayed. Mission Home Health is a nightmare, especially if you’re assigned RN Janine. Do yourself a favor and stay far away.
