I had 2 knee replacements in 2022, 3 months apart. I was fortunate enough to have the same PTist come to my house and help me with home PT. Honestly - I couldn't have been happier with ALL of it! Perhaps it was the connections we shared from paperwork visit to therapy, but...everyone was super kind and supportive. When knee #2 came on the scene, I was so hopeful I'd be assigned to David again - I was! - because he was so thorough and helpful. I am a fan of Assisted Home Health and Hospice! I only experienced the home health part but felt very cared for from start to finish.

Andrea came out to remove the 44 staples left behind following my total knee replacement surgery. She was very gentle and a delightful personality. All nurses should be so kind/compassionate! Highly recommended.

My first encounter with Assisted Home Health was with Brian Wilson who oversaw my first in-home physical therapy session the day after I was released from the hospital after a total knee replacement. The next two weeks PT sessions were with Dave Everett. Both were informative, professional in their demeanor and extremely encouraging in my progress. This was my first major operation and was so glad that I was assisted by these two excellent employees -- Kathleen M. Williams

Our mother was under hospice care for the last twenty months and our experience with the Assisted Home Health and Hospice organization and staff was just wonderful. We can't find one thing to fault them for. They were available for any and all needs we had. The nurses, social workers, and other staff were always interested in not only my mothers comfort and care but also was concerned for us as care takers. Our mother spent her last two weeks at Sarah House and Hospice looked after her needs there as well. Thank you to all the staff we were associated with over this last year and a half. We chose Assisted for our mothers care based on a recommendation of a close friend and that turned out to be a great reference.

Like the other post we had experienced less than quality care from more than one organization. We often had several people visiting mom at once adding to her dementia and confusion. Then our Dr. referred us to Assisted Hospice. They are "the ideal" of how hospice should work. They were organized, humane, as punctual as possible. They never made us feel as though they were just collecting a signature along their route. My mother in law even regained a lot of awareness and strength for a bit due to their warm and loving energy and calm, capable staff. Chris the nurse came any time he was needed, Raquel the aid would call mom "mi chula" and make her smile three times a week. Edgar, the chaplain, came and sang with her and made her so happy when she reverted back to her language of birth at the end- he sang in Spanish too. And Laurence, bless her heart, tried EVERYTHING to get us additional help going above and beyond her job duties to get us help. I just met this team in 2017 right as I lost my own mother. Seven short weeks later this remarkable team helped my mother in law slip away peacefully and also made our lives easy as we were already grieving. THANK you Assisted. Thank you Thank you Thank you.
