Harmony Home Health was a wonderful help for my dad, especially right after he left the skilled nursing facility. Honestly, navigating his needs for the first time as his health deteriorated was incredibly overwhelming for my family. That is why I truly appreciate every person from their team who came to support us. The collaborative way the nurses, therapists, and home health aide worked together truly helped our family care for Dad. They were all excellent with communication, consistently supportive, and a great resource. Christine and Nathalie, the nurses who visited, were fantastic at keeping track of his health, which gave us real peace of mind. Grace, the home health aide, was a star; she handled his personal care (like bathing) wonderfully, knowing exactly how to talk to him and adjust her approach when he was agitated. And Wendy in the office was a wonderful advocate and support throughout the whole process.
