Highly recommend Louisa & team. I have had the pleasure of working with Brightlife for 2yrs. now and they have been indispensable in the care of my 82 yr. old father who has been recovering from a brain hemorrhage, with multiple setbacks and hospital visits. When he first arrived at a residential assisted living facility, she made sure he had everything he needed. She has helped me navigate insurance and hospitals, as well as providing services including doctor & nurse visits, mobile X-rays, mobile lab work, and physical therapy. They have never failed to provide services that we needed. Louisa is always available and ready to answer questions I have or get things expedited for dad. I can’t imagine the last two years without her help. All of the providers she sends are equally kind and efficient. My dad is a tough old man to please and he is happy with Louisa and her team. We are so grateful for Brightlife!
